I have been gaming online or at brick and mortar gambling halls for a great many years. I have been taught, the habit usually will take a hold of you and you will not even notice it until you are beaten. Markedly if you are on a scoring streak. I have been through many hundreds of clams in only a little period of time and at times, I will go a bit too long. It feels like you are only enjoying yourself up till you make a choice to track your squanderings and the anguish settles in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can earn it back" ad infinitum. It doesn’t work. Then you feel icky in your abdomen and the harder you attempt the quicker you relinquish.
When you see that you are in the black, STAY in the Black! When you start to squander, don’t tell yourself, "well just 1 more" a number of times, believe me, this technique RARELY ever works. Say you are gambling on slots, have a figure separate prior to beginning your gambling. DON’T go over this threshold, no matter how appealing. If you happen to succeed, put that in a different pot. Don’t spend your earnings at any cost. After you have wagered through your original set limit, stop. Call it quits, regardless if it’s on the net or in a brick and mortar casino, don’t stick at the tables or machines. Make sure to remember, there no doubt will be another day, other times. Obviously, this plan can function for any casino game that you play, be it bingo, poker, video poker, keno, vingt-et-un or any other game.
Remember, gambling should be exciting not burdensome, nauseating work! If you are not having fun yourself, you don’t belong at the casinos. If you can’t manage the losses, do not even start.
